About Peptós.LIFE: who runs it, and how it works.

Peptós.LIFE is a physician-led, cash-pay longevity platform. Licensed US clinicians review every request and sign every protocol; medications are compounded in a US-licensed pharmacy and third-party tested. We grade evidence honestly, say “compounded, not FDA-approved” out loud, and publish a live FDA Peptide Tracker so the category can stop hiding from the law.

Who runs Peptós.LIFE?

Two names on the door. Dr. Zdenka Cumano, Co-Founder and Chief AI Officer, is an AI scientist and longevity researcher who built the decision-logic engine that turns sixty biomarkers into a candidate protocol and chairs the Scientific Advisory Board that signs off on every model release. Rob Frasca, Co-Founder and Chief Executive, is the operator who set the standards and holds the line on brand register and banned language. Every prescribing decision rests with a real, named, US-licensed clinician of record — listed in your chart, never an anonymous approver.

How does the model work?

We are the clinician-reviewed front door, not a pharmacy and not a peptide reseller. The journey is Consult, Protocol, Dispense, and Track outcomes. You share your goals and labs; a licensed clinician reviews everything, typically within about 24 hours and fully online; and if treatment is appropriate they sign a protocol built around your body. It is cash-pay and transparent — one clear membership, cancel anytime, no insurance maze.

How do you grade the evidence?

We publish what works and what doesn’t, grading evidence A through E. We keep two signals separate and never collapse them: the plain-English verdict (can you actually get it) and the regulatory status (what the rule currently says). Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and we say so wherever a compounded product appears. Our public FDA Peptide Tracker shows the live status and grade for every molecule, so you can check the facts yourself rather than take our word for it.

Who is responsible for what?

The layers are separated on purpose. Peptós.LIFE owns the pre-purchase layer: education, evidence grading, the FDA tracker, and how you find the right starting point. Our licensed clinical partner, OpenLoop, owns the parts that touch your care and your money — billing, the clinician relationship, protected health information (PHI), and the merchant account (OpenLoop is the merchant of record). That seam keeps clinical judgment independent of marketing and keeps your health data with the licensed entity that is accountable for it.
