Is Thymosin Alpha-1 legal in 2026?

No. Its nomination was withdrawn and FDA removed it from Category 2 effective September 27, 2024, which leaves it in no FDA category at all — outside every enforcement-discretion policy, not inside a friendlier one. FDA presented it to the advisory committee anyway on December 4, 2024 and advised against adding it to the 503A Bulks List.

Can I get Thymosin Alpha-1 right now?

No. Thymosin Alpha-1 is education-only at Peptós.LIFE. We do not offer it and we will not put it on a waitlist we do not expect to be able to fill.

Why is Thymosin Alpha-1 listed if it is not available?

Because people search for it and deserve a straight answer with a source on it. Tracking a molecule is not the same as offering it. Being approved abroad as thymalfasin does not make it lawful to compound here, and we will not let a foreign approval stand in for a US status.
