How does NAD+ work?

NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every cell, central to how your body produces energy and repairs DNA. Levels decline with age and stress, which is why it's a common part of longevity programs.

What it does not do: It is not proven to extend how long you live, and we don't frame it that way.
