1 · Acceptance & eligibility
You must be 18+, in the US, and in a state we serve.
By using this site you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 or older and located in the United States. Availability varies by state and by product.
2 · What Peptós.LIFE is — and isn't
We're the platform and brand. We are not a medical provider and not a pharmacy.
Peptós.LIFE provides the website, your personalized plan, and non-clinical support. We are not a provider of medical care and we are not a pharmacy. See the responsibility breakdown below.
3 · The clinical relationship
Care is delivered by independent licensed clinicians. No prescription is guaranteed.
Clinical care is delivered by independent, US-licensed clinicians (MD/DO, NP) in an independent provider network. No doctor–patient relationship is formed with Peptós.LIFE. A prescription is issued only if a clinician determines it is clinically appropriate — it is never guaranteed.
4 · Telehealth consent
You consent to telehealth at intake. Some states require a live visit before a first prescription.
Telehealth informed consent is captured during clinical intake. Some states require a synchronous (live) visit before a first prescription can be issued: AR, DC, DE, KS, MS, NM, RI, and WV. Everywhere else, care can begin asynchronously.

5 · Subscriptions & billing
Recurring billing through our merchant of record. Most major cards plus FSA/HSA and mobile wallets — no American Express.

Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time (see below).
Auto-renewal disclosures must meet state automatic-renewal laws — including California's clear-and-conspicuous and easy-cancellation requirements. Final auto-renew copy to be confirmed by counsel.
6 · Cancellation & refunds
Cancel anytime, for any reason. Refundable anytime except a month in which medication was already ordered for you.
You can cancel at any time, for any reason. Your subscription is refundable at any time, except for a month in which medication has already been ordered for you.
To cancel or request a refund, use the patient portal or contact patient support through the merchant of record.
7 · Pricing & availability changes
Prices and availability can change immediately when FDA or state regulations change.
Pricing and availability may change immediately upon changes in FDA and state regulations. Some compounds are subject to regulatory review and may become unavailable, available, or restricted at any time. Availability of a specific product depends on current FDA and state rules and is not guaranteed.
8 · Medical & compounded disclaimers
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. This service is not for emergencies, and individual results vary.
