The Peptide Knowledge Base

The stacks people actually search, explained, not prescribed.

Wolverine, CagriSema, the GH core. The community talks in stacks, not single molecules. Here's what each one means, how the parts are meant to fit, and, honestly, what the evidence does and doesn't show.

Education only, not a dosing sheet. We describe what a stack is and what the research supports. We never publish per-compound doses, and a stack being popular is not the same as it being proven or available. Every component links to its own honest monograph and live FDA status.

Wolverine

Loudinterest
Repair Anchor stack

The base soft-tissue repair pair the recovery world treats as one unit.

The idea: pair a gut-derived cytoprotective peptide with a soft-tissue actin regulator to cover both connective-tissue and systemic repair. It is the most-searched stack in the category.

What the evidence does & doesn't show

Both components are grade D and under FDA review, animal-dominant data, no controlled human trials of the combination. The popularity far outruns the evidence.

GH core (+ bridge)

Loudinterest
GH-axis Anchor stack

The classic GH-optimization pair, often bridged with an oral.

A GHRH analog plus a GH secretagogue is the textbook GH-axis combination, sometimes bridged with oral MK-677. Important: CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin are FDA Category 2 (non-compoundable) and MK-677 is not a peptide.

What the evidence does & doesn't show

Not available: CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin are restricted (Category 2); MK-677 is education-only. The legal GH-axis route is Sermorelin, we route there.

GLOW

Moderateinterest
Repair · Skin Variant

Wolverine plus copper peptide, the skin-quality variant.

Adds GHK-Cu to the repair base for a skin-and-appearance tilt. Note: GHK-Cu is legal and evidenced as a topical; the injectable form is a separate, not-available molecule.

What the evidence does & doesn't show

Repair components stay grade D and under review; GHK-Cu's evidence is cosmetic-topical. No combination trials exist.

KLOW

Moderateinterest
Repair · Skin · Gut Variant

The most-complete repair-skin-gut blend in the family.

Adds KPV's anti-inflammatory, gut-leaning action to GLOW, the differentiator for people whose interest is gut as much as tendon.

What the evidence does & doesn't show

Every component is grade D and under FDA review. This is the broadest combination people ask about, with the least combination evidence.

CagriSema

Moderateinterest
Metabolic Companion combo

The one pharma-validated combination in the metabolic conversation.

An amylin analog (Cagrilintide) layered on a GLP-1 (Semaglutide), the satiety-plus-incretin pairing being developed as a single product.

What the evidence does & doesn't show

Semaglutide is grade A and available; Cagrilintide is investigational and not available. The combination is in trials, not a product you can obtain today.

Energy starter / escalation

Moderateinterest
Mitochondrial energy Anchor stack

The mitochondrial-energy stack, from starter to escalation.

NAD+ as the cofactor base, MOTS-c as the mitochondrial signal, with SS-31 as the escalation layer. The credibility note: SS-31 is approved for one rare disease only, energy use is off-label.

What the evidence does & doesn't show

NAD+ is available but longevity/energy outcomes are early; MOTS-c is under review (grade D); SS-31 is approved for Barth syndrome only, not energy.

Reta + Cagrilintide (LEAN / 4-receptor)

Moderateinterest
Metabolic Escalation

The most aggressive metabolic pairing people speculate about, and the least evidenced.

Stacking a triple agonist with an amylin analog would, in theory, touch four pathways at once. In practice there is zero combination data and both molecules are investigational.

What the evidence does & doesn't show

Both components are investigational and not available; there is no combination evidence whatsoever. This is speculation, documented honestly, not a protocol.

Injury Recovery (5-compound)

Moderateinterest
Repair Escalation

The maximalist escalation people reach for around a serious injury.

The KLOW set plus NAD+ for a cellular-energy layer, the 'everything' protocol that circulates in injury-recovery threads.

What the evidence does & doesn't show

The more components added, the less combination evidence exists. Most are grade D and under review; NAD+ is available but its recovery claims are early.

Semax + Selank

Moderateinterest
Cognition Companion combo

The 'focused calm' nootropic pair, stimulation balanced with anxiolysis.

The community pairs Semax (focus) with Selank (calm) for a balanced nootropic effect. Both have interesting Russian clinical histories and thin Western evidence.

What the evidence does & doesn't show

Semax is grade C and under review; Selank is grade C and education-only. Western combination evidence does not exist. Cognition has no commercial offer, education only.

Education only, no commercial offer

Reta + MOTS-c

Moderateinterest
Metabolic · Mitochondrial Speculative

A metabolic-plus-mitochondrial pairing that circulates in optimizer threads.

The idea is to pair aggressive metabolic action with a mitochondrial-energy signal. Both components are unavailable, so this stays education only.

What the evidence does & doesn't show

Retatrutide is investigational; MOTS-c is under FDA review (grade D). No combination evidence; neither is available.

Honest by design. Nothing oversold.
