Split availability: semaglutide is available through a licensed clinician; cagrilintide is investigational; we don't offer a CagriSema blend.

CagriSema stack

CagriSema pairs a GLP-1 (semaglutide) with an amylin analog (cagrilintide) for complementary appetite signaling. Unlike most stacks, this one has real pharmaceutical trial data behind the combination.

The honest answer

CagriSema pairs a GLP-1 (semaglutide) with an amylin analog (cagrilintide) to hit two complementary satiety pathways. It's the rare stack with real combination data, a pharma-run clinical program studies the blend as a single developed product. The catch: cagrilintide isn't independently available, and a do-it-yourself mix is not the trial product.

What the evidence shows
  • CagriSema is the only one of these stacks with combination data from a pharma-run clinical program.
  • Semaglutide and cagrilintide act on complementary satiety pathways.
What the evidence does not show
  • Cagrilintide is investigational and not independently available.
  • A do-it-yourself ‘blend’ is not the trial product, trial results don't transfer to a grey-market mix.

Go deeper

The concept layers GLP-1 satiety (semaglutide) with amylin satiety (cagrilintide) so two appetite pathways are engaged at once. What makes CagriSema unusual is that a pharmaceutical program is testing exactly that combination as one product, so the rationale has trial data behind it. That data belongs to the developed product, not to a compounded or grey-market blend.

We don't offer a CagriSema blend. If a GLP-1 plan fits your goals, a licensed clinician maps it, only what's legitimately available.

CagriSema is the validated end of the spectrum, a real trial program. Community blends like ‘Reta + Cag’ sit at the other end: zero combination data, both molecules investigational.

Waitlist / comingGLP-1 path available · cagrilintide investigational

Semaglutide is available through a licensed clinician; cagrilintide is investigational and not independently available. Compounded semaglutide is not FDA-approved; branded GLP-1s are. We route you to a metabolic plan, only what's legitimately available, not a CagriSema blend.

Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved. Removal from FDA Category 2 (April 2026) is not approval and not 503A Bulks-List eligibility. PCAC is advisory, a favorable vote leads to rulemaking, not instant availability.

Questions, answered first

What is CagriSema?

CagriSema is a combination of semaglutide (a GLP-1) and cagrilintide (an amylin analog) being developed as a single weight-management product. It's the one combination in this set with real pharmaceutical trial data, but as a finished drug in development, not a blend you can assemble or buy today.

Is CagriSema available in 2026?

Not as a blend. Semaglutide is available through a licensed clinician (branded GLP-1s are FDA-approved; compounded semaglutide is not). Cagrilintide is investigational and not independently available, and we don't offer a CagriSema mix, we route to a clinician-mapped metabolic plan instead.

CagriSema vs semaglutide alone?

CagriSema adds an amylin analog (cagrilintide) to semaglutide to engage a second satiety pathway, and its pharma program is studying whether that combination outperforms semaglutide alone. Today, the legitimately available option is a clinician-mapped GLP-1 plan; the combination product and cagrilintide on its own are not available.
