The honest answer
KLOW is GLOW with a fourth peptide, KPV, added for an anti-inflammatory layer, marketed as the most ‘complete’ repair-and-skin blend. It's still a single injectable that contains injectable GHK-Cu, and it carries the least combination evidence of the whole family. No version of it has been tested as a product in a clinical trial.
- KPV, an α-MSH fragment, has been studied in preclinical models for anti-inflammatory (NF-κB) activity.
- The other three carry the GLOW evidence profile.
- KLOW has even less combination evidence than GLOW, which already had less than Wolverine.
- The four-peptide blend has never been tested as a product in a clinical trial.

The concept adds an anti-inflammatory layer (KPV) on top of the GLOW base, aimed at reactive or inflamed skin-and-gut contexts where calming inflammation is part of the goal. KLOW contains injectable GHK-Cu, so the blend is not available, education only. KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500 are on the July 23, 2026 PCAC agenda (advisory).
Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved. Removal from FDA Category 2 (April 2026) is not approval and not 503A Bulks-List eligibility. PCAC is advisory, a favorable vote leads to rulemaking, not instant availability.
